Google user data

When you connect your Google account to our self-hosted application (Odoo), we request access to your Google Calendar (scope …/auth/calendar) for one purpose: to synchronise calendar events two ways between your Google Calendar and the application, so your appointments and meetings stay in sync. We only access the calendar of the account you authorise, and only for the authenticated user.

Limited Use: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the calendar synchronisation you requested or where required by law.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, to provide and improve our services, to synchronise your calendar when you enable that feature, and to meet our legal obligations.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on our own servers within the European Union (Netherlands). Access is restricted, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate our services (for example, Google for the calendar synchronisation you initiate), or when we are legally required to do so.
